Visiting Information
We have recently moved to Unit 3, Vauxhall Business Centre, 131 Vauxhall Rd, Liverpool L3 6BN. (See map below)We are 2 mintues by car from Liverpool city centre, or 10 minutes on foot. Other galleries within 10 mintues walking distance are Redwire Studios, and Ceri Hand Gallery. Also nearby are Richard Wilson's Turning the Place Over (2007)and Taro Chiezo's original Superlambanana (1998).
From Lime St station:
Walk down St. Johns Lane away from the station, with the large neon advertising board to your left and St. George's Hall to your right. Follow the road round to the left and take the second right up Crosshall St at the National Conservation Centre. At the top, turn right onto Dale St and immediately left onto Hatton Garden, past the Mersey Travel building on your right. Continue up Hatton Gardens, past the Superlambanana as it becomes Vauxhall Rd. After 250m you will see a purple Fancy Dress shop sign on your left. Turn left into the business park and The Royal Standard is at the far end on the left hand side.
From Moorfields station:
Exit the station onto Moorfields. Turn right and walk up Moorfield's past Richard Wilson's Turning the Place Over. At the top of the road turn right onto Tithebarn St and after 150m turn left onto Vauxhall Rd at the Superlambanana. After 250m you will see a purple Fancy Dress shop sign on your left. Turn left into the business park and The Royal Standard is at the far end on the left hand side.
From TATE Liverpool:
Turn left out of the Albert Dock onto The Strand. Go past the Liver Building and turn right up Chapel St (A5046). Turn left after 500m onto Vauxhall Rd, and continue over the next crossing (Leeds St). Shortly after you will see a purple Fancy Dress shop sign on your left. Turn left into the business park and The Royal Standard is at the far end on the left hand side.
